I have been going to Chimney Rock Animal Hospital for 15 years. I went when Dr. Williams was there and now with Dr. Ratliff. Dr. Ratliff and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Ratliff goes out of his way to explain things and ensure you are comfortable with any diagnosis that is given. If you want the best care for your animals, I would recommend Chimney Rock.
I take all of my dogs here!! This whole office is so kind and helpful. I have all rescues and they are always open for my weird questions and so willing to work with me. I also found a dog and they gave me great advice on getting her back to health and making sure we were both comfortable for the process. I recommend them to everyone! They also have great prices.
In all my years of owning pets, I have never seen better care than at this establishment. Soon after moving to the great state of TX, my dog presented with multiple issues. I was immediately seen at Chimney Rock, no wait at all!! The staff at Chimney Rock are fabulous at communicating with the moms and dads of our pets, they do not leave you in the dark about anything. I liked how they try to use the least evasive methods first prior to expensive and traumatizing surgeries that are unnecessary. These folks actually care, its not about just making the highest $$ amount. I highly recommend Chimney Rock Animal Hospital for your pets care. Did I mention they are extremely affordable? They treat your pet like their own and they have the highest level of professionalism!!
I love this Vet!! I have now brought all three of my animals here and couldn’t be happier. They are very clear about any charges and explain my options prior to services. This vet also has cheaper prices than many others in town. I would pay more just because of their amazing service. The Dr. And staff are intelligent and incredibly caring towards my pets and me! I will be using this vet from now on.
The entire staff from check in to the vets were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Our dog had an emergency and not only was she treated and helped, the cost was very reasonable! My new favorite vet here in Abilene.
I have been using Chimney Rock Animal Hospital since I got my fur babies in 2015. I am loving all of the new updates to the facility. I feel that they are reasonably priced. Dr. Ratliff and his team are very thorough and easy to talk to. I have never had any issues with anyone there. When they changed ownership, it seemed like a very smooth transition. My pups even enjoy going for their regular visits.
